Grading Date Change
Hello KFMA Students and Parents, I hope you are all safe and well after the weather event we experienced over the weekend and today. Due to the current weather event and road and school closures, I have decided to change the mock grading and grading dates. This will allow a few extra training sessions so you are all well prepared. KFMA Black Belt Grading

Effective immediately, we will debit the monthly training fees subscription on the 1st of each month. Gold Coast Open 2026
Hello KFMA Students and Parents, The Annual Gold Coast Open event is now open for registration. This prestigious event will be taking place on the 2nd and 3rd May 2026 at the Carrara Indoor Stadium. December 2025 Grading
KFMA held the last grading of the year on 11th December 2025. I was pleased to see the high level of skill and etiquette as high as it has ever been. My students trained hard in the lead up to the grading and this showed on the grading floor. We had a couple of students perform so well they received double promotions. 2025 Caboolture Open
Again KFMA brought home 5 gold medals from 5 players! 100% Gold! On the 22nd June 2025, Team KFMA headed to the Caboolture Open at Morayfield. This year marked the 20 year anniversary of this event, and this was Team KFMA's second competition, so expectations were very high.
