December 2025 Grading

KFMA held the last grading of the year on 11th December 2025. I was pleased to see the high level of skill and etiquette as high as it has ever been. My students trained hard in the lead up to the grading and this showed on the grading floor.

We had a couple of students perform so well they received double promotions.

We had one senior student grading for their Black/White Demo belt- edging close to their Provisional Black belt.

We also had White belts grade for their step belts with the coloured belts. This is very daunting for the White belts as this is a new experience for them. Well done!

Well done to all the grading students- you all performed well and it is great to see the standard so high. We now have some high belt ranks in the mix and this makes for more interesting training.

Our next grading is in March 2026, so we have some time to learn and perfect new grading patterns and work on some advanced kicking and techniques
