April Gradings Update

  • 1 min read

Hello KFMA Students and Parents,

Tuesday, 14th April marks the first ever KFMA Black Belt Grading.

All students are expected to attend to support those with higher ranks and to participate in the grading as needed (for example, by holding boards or simply applauding and celebrating when a student accomplishes something challenging). Attendance is noted and counts towards overall KFMA attendance and etiquette standards.

Attending the Black Belt grading also provides you with insight into what awaits you as you reach this milestone in your martial arts journey. Remember, KFMA functions as a team, and we all support one another.

Please arrive punctually for the grading as a sign of courtesy and respect towards your Master Instructor and fellow grading students. Doors will open at 6pm, and the grading will begin shortly thereafter. Late arrivals will disrupt the process, so please be timely.

The coloured belt grading is scheduled for Thursday, 16th April.

Students who passed the pattern test last night have received Paylinks. The payment deadline is Wednesday, 13th at 5pm.

Arrive before 6pm to allow time for stretching and preparation before the Master calls grading students to line up.

I wish everyone the best of luck with your gradings. As your Master Instructor, it is exciting to witness you all prepare and refine your skills for the next stages of your taekwondo journeys. I have faith and confidence in all of you, your skills, and your ability to perform under pressure.

See you all on the grading floor!

Sincerely,

Master Mark
