Black Belt Gradings for 2026

This year, several KFMA students are gearing up to grade for their Demo and Cho Dan Bo (Provisional Black) Belts. It's exciting to witness some of my students diligently progressing from white belt to reach this stage in their taekwondo journey.

These Black Belt Grading dates are available on the KFMA Website Calendar and listed here. Black belt gradings will occur between the coloured belts pattern tests and grading dates.

Black Belt Grading Dates:

1st Black belt grading - 14th April 2026

2nd Black belt grading - 4th August 2026

3rd Black belt grading - 24th November 2026

Attendance is mandatory for all coloured and white belts. This attendance not only shows support and respect for your club and fellow students but also offers valuable insight into what you can anticipate at this level.

Importantly, we require adult students at these gradings to assist with board holding for board breaking. Without adult students attending, those grading for their black belt will be unable to meet the necessary requirements to pass.

At KFMA, we operate as a team and providing support to your fellow students is required. Remember, you may be in this position in the future, and you will require your fellow students to show up and support you.
