Gold Coast Open

Hello KFMA Students & Parents,

This weekend is significant for us. Our team is participating in the inaugural Gold Coast Open, featuring sparring and poomsae events.

For some of you, this will be your first competition, while others have experience. Remember to breathe and concentrate on your strengths—your muscle memory and skills will guide you.

Regardless of the results, know that entering the competition is a commendable achievement. Competing requires courage, especially when performing before a large audience of taekwondo athletes and spectators. I'm proud of each of you for stepping out of your comfort zones. Remember my advice from tonight's training and above all, enjoy the experience and have fun!
