Hello KFMA Students and Parents,
If you are having trouble with the KFMA app, please make sure you ask either myself or Brooke for help before setting up an additional profile.
The purpose of the app and profiles is to streamline the payment process and to also keep accurate payment records for each student/family.
If an additional profile is set up then this process is disrupted, and we have no way of accurately tracking your payments. If you do encounter any difficulties with the app, you can either wait until class and see us BEFORE class starts, or you can email Brooke at info.koreanfreestylema@gmail.com. Brooke checks the administration email regularly so you will receive a response fairly quickly.
Also, if any of your personal details change (ie you move), can you please ensure this is update in the app profile- it is important we have the correct information for each student. It is preferable that students and parents keep their information updated, however, if you are struggling to navigate the app and unable to edit, please let Brooke know either in person or via email at info.koreanfreestylema@gmail.com and she will update for you.
